Porous tip for high viscosity formulation 

This is a case study of the development of a porous tip that fits into pen applicators that deliver high viscosity liquids used in a variety of situations. We have developed a flexible porous tip with hollow to enable good pinpoint and uniform application of high viscosity liquids to non-planar parts such as nails and lips.

As our materials can be manufactured by injection molding, it is possible to produce the tips in a shape that meets the customer’s requirements. In addition, the use of polyethylene, which is resistant to chemicals and solvents, means that the material can be used in wide range of applications.
