What we can take on

Yamahachi Chemical makes open-cell porous plastic parts for general industrial and consumer products. Please check the points below before you write to us.

Material	Mainly polyethylene (PE). Polypropylene (PP) is available for some items.
Fields we serve	General industrial and consumer products.
Fields we do not serve	Medical devices, and any application that requires regulatory approval or certification.
Products we serve	Stamps, flash stamp foam, custom marker nibs and porous tips, custom porous plastic parts.
Custom parts	A custom shape is developed as a prototype, then production tooling, then mass production. It does not suit a one-off piece or a very small quantity. The minimum depends on the shape, so please tell us the volume you expect per year.
What to send us	The application, the liquid you use, the shape or drawing, and the yearly volume. With these we can answer in one reply.
