Not only are eyeliner shapes customizable, but also special shapes that can be used like a stamp and/or shapes that can change the thickness of the drawing depending on the angle and direction of the user. Various shapes of porous tips for use in pen applicators, porous rollers and low volume porous application materials can also be customized.

 Base technologies of porous plastic 

Yamahachi Chemical carries out the entire process from material blending, molding and additional options in an integrated in-house production system. Porous materials can be formed into a variety of shapes by injection molding, extrusion and/or post-processing such as grinding. The base material is polyethylene, which is highly resistant to cracking and fraying.

 Special processing: small-volume application function 

This is an unique technology that creates pores on the surface of the molded porous material through which ink can and cannot pass. The porous material can be used to apply liquid like a stamp, or to apply small volumes of liquid by processing fine designs such as dot patterns on the surface of the porous material.

Shapes : It is possible to process rolls and curved (dome-shaped) porous material surfaces that are easy to apply to surfaces that are not flat.

Other use : This technology can also be applied to the production of tattoo stamps, as it enables the processing of fine designs on porous materials with shapes such as domes.

 Porous plastic liners 

Yamahachi Chemical specialises in the manufacture and processing of porous tips in a variety of shapes as well as general shapes.

Use : Eyeliners and other liner products. Nail oil pen and more.

 Porous tips for pen applicators 

Porous tips of all shapes can be manufactured by extrusion or injection molding. Such as hollow-shaped porous tips with through holes for use in pen applicators according to the customer requirements for design, size and hardness.
