Yamahachi Porous’ manufacturing technology goes beyond just general shapes such as sheets, rolls and tips. With our extensive know-how, from mold design to raw material blending to molding processing, we can also offer you porous materials through injection molding.<\/p>\n

Our main raw material is polyethylene (PE). Our porous products has a continuous fine porous structure and has excellent chemical\/solvent resistance and durability. In addition, it is hydrophobic and does not absorb water or moisture, so it has rust-proofing and waterproofing effects. It allows liquids such as oil and ink to pass through, and has functions such as liquid retention (reservoir), liquid application, and liquid adsorption. Since it does not use fibers, it will not fray or fall off.<\/p>\n
