Yamahachi Chemical carries out the entire process from material blending, molding and additional options in an integrated in-house production system. Porous materials can be formed into a variety of shapes by injection molding, extrusion and\/or post-processing such as grinding. The base material is polyethylene, which is highly resistant to cracking and fraying.<\/p>\n

 Special processing: small-volume application function <\/span><\/h4>\n

This is an unique technology that creates pores on the surface of the molded porous material through which ink can and cannot pass. The porous material can be used to apply liquid like a stamp, or to apply small volumes of liquid by processing fine designs such as dot patterns on the surface of the porous material.<\/p>\n

Shapes : It is possible to process rolls and curved (dome-shaped) porous material surfaces that are easy to apply to surfaces that are not flat.<\/p>\n
