It has the function of applying the absorbed liquid to the objects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unlike regular felt, it is hydrophobic and does not absorb water and generates low dust. And unprocessed parts remains a porous structure (C) which allows ventilation or liquid to pass through.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inner layer remains as open cell porous structure (A) allowing ventilation and liquid to pass through.
